1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Expendo platform (the "Platform"), including our mobile applications and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Description of Services

Expendo provides a digital platform designed to facilitate the management of social economic groups, including but not limited to SACCOs, through digital savings, loan tracking, member management, and financial reporting tools.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to use this Platform. Use of the Platform is only permitted in jurisdictions where such use is lawful.

4. Account Registration

Users must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure.

5. SACCO Operations

If you are registering or operating a SACCO on Expendo, you warrant that you are duly authorized to do so and that the SACCO is lawfully registered under Kenyan laws.

6. Fees and Payments

Certain services may require payment of fees, which will be disclosed prior to use. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful activity;
  • Infringe on any intellectual property rights;
  • Interfere with the functioning of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, software, and text, is the property of Expendo or its licensors and is protected under Kenyan and international intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expendo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved by courts of competent jurisdiction in Kenya.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
